Pray For Wild Branch Ministries

I watched this video and am moved to pray for this Church in Vancouver, Washington. Maybe its because they are in Washington, maybe it is because they currently owe/need to raise $235,000 and I can personally relate to a ministry having that kind of obligation. Maybe its because I like the idea of leather recliners in a cool service. Maybe it is because of Graham Cooke's passion for this band of believers. I am Praying for them will you join me?

This place looks like a great church, however I checked out the Staff page towards the bottom and saw something a bit squirrely. I respect Graham's ministry and have been blessed by it but I'm not quite sure what's going on here. CBB

Retroman,

There is nothing "squirrely." They love Jesus and follow Sermon On The Mount Christianity. Retro, I can't email you or post on CBB cause I don't have a wordpress account. I realize you prefer your anonimity...could you email me or better yet would you consider putting me on your "Blogroll".

Ok, I posted earlier to another page asking about where this video was. I don't see the point. It's a guy praying for money needs using a large number of high spiritual phraseology. This is what many (dare I say, "most") Christians and Christian speakers do. Instead of just saying what could be said in thirty seconds or less with plain language, they super-spiritualize everything.

I would imagine it's hard to tell, just from a video, the difference between a ministry that God is genuinely raising up and one that is just panhandling, like most.

I have a lot of respect for Graham Cooke and his ministry. I trust his character, and from what i've heard of Wildbranch they almost never ask for money, and when they do it's because they feel God wants to give people an opportunity to partner with them in something.

I don't know, I guess it's hard not to be skeptical these days, but my spirit really testified with this request as being valid.
